This site uses no cookies and loads no third-party content, videos or fonts.

The hosting provider, Vercel Inc., logs technical data for each visit (such as the IP address, browser and page requested) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as a processor and keeps these logs for a short period.

Audience measurement

To know which pages are read and how people reach them, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records aggregated data for each visit (page, referring site, country, device type, operating system and browser) and some actions, such as downloading a template or an infographic or following a link to another site. To count distinct visitors it uses an identifier derived from the request that is discarded after 24 hours; it cannot identify you or follow you across other sites.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used in order to improve it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as a processor.

Contact form and email

If you write through the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, organisation, subject and message) is processed and, for the form, the page of this site from which you reached it. The purpose is to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you ask about a service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for other messages, your consent, which you give by sending it and can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The name, email and message fields are needed to be able to reply.

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts. If they do not lead to an engagement, they are deleted no later than one year after the last contact; if there is an engagement, they are kept for the periods required by law.

The following processors take part in sending and receiving messages: Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and the service that receives the form; Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), which provides the domain's email account from which the form message is sent; and Google (Gmail), used to handle email.

Recipients and international transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States and participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which allows these transfers. Hostinger International Ltd. is based in the European Union.

No automated decisions or profiling are carried out with your data.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the contact above. If you believe they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
